Yes, we actually exceed all insurance requirements set forth by the Department of Commerce which is the licensing board for all protective Services Companies, and all of our agents meet and exceed all private security guard requirements.
Can you provide short-term or event-based coverage, or only long-term contracts?
We offer both short-term and long-term contracts to fit your security needs.
What training do your agents complete (state-mandated, firearms, de-escalation, first aid/CPR)
Our agents complete and pass all state-mandated training to include firearms qualification, knowledge of local laws and statutes, first aid/CPR, active shooter response, de-escalation, and safe restraint. Beyond that we regularly encourage and provide training in those areas that far exceed minimum state standards and qualifications with bi-annual reviews and trainings.
Can your agents work with local law enforcement and/or venue security and organizers?
Yes, our agents regularly coordinate and work alongside local law enforcement, venue staff, event coordinators, and others. We pride ourselves on blending seamlessly into your existing team/network.
